my lousy fun day / WEST SIDE STORYyesterday went to watch WEST SIDE STORY! alot of things happened also. shall narrate one by one.
in the early morning, at 11:00 am, which i am sure many of you were still asleep, 8 people - ME YUFEN WENJIE EDWIN JIAXUAN YIJUN MANYEE and her BF - MINYI (issit?) met at cck mrt station, then travelled down to city hall for lunch.
then blah blah blah, had lunch at burger king, walk around window shop, then met MEIWEI. then 9 of us proceeded to esplanade. then we met MS TAY! (: then after that CAIJUN joined us. initially i was feeling very very weird cuz i was the only person who wasnt from M1. but after that okay le.
WEST SIDE STORY is fantasic. it was an extremely wonderful musical! the actors cooperation with the orchestra was just splendid and marvellous! it's a modern day story of romeo and juliet, and it's VERY VERY NICE. my $89.90 was definitely well spent. im in love with musicals. (:
then after that we 'joined' with HONGWEI (see)JIAWEI LENDL CARLYN and went to walk walk again. then, after HONGWEI JIAWEI LENDL left, something really dreadful happened.
THE STRAP OF MY FLATS BROKE! and we were in suntec, and there was i, with a broken shoe.
then luckily, they all helped me to find a shoe shop and, i bought my FIRST pair of heels! it's white, and i think it's quite nice la. hahas.
through this incident, i found out that ALL OF THEM are immensely wonderful people! oh god! i simply love all of them! and they were so helpful and rushing all around to help me find a shoe shop. then i think i dalwded so much time that MEIWEI had to leave. so the rest of the good peeps i really really owe it to are : YUFEN CARLYN JIAXUAN YIJUN WENJIE EDWIN. and thanks to WENJIE for lending me money. hahas. if not, i'll just lend from someone else anyway. :P
it's the first ever time that i was stranded outside without even a cent left on me! not even one cent. yes, pun purposely intended. but actually, i HAD onecent with me! lol.
and anyway, i think yesterday wasnt a good shoe day cuz the metal chain of YUFEN's heels also broke! nvm i see if i can help you find. (:
for dinner, we went pizza hut, and poor me borrowed money again. im bankrupt now. ):
then the funniest thing was, after YUFEN left, we got LOST! can you believe it? and the reason was because we couldnt find the MRT sign. hahas. it was really hilarous la. we went rushing around the whole building, then in the end still came back to the same stop. we all had stitches in our sides from running too much. hahas.
but in the end, thanks to CARLYN, we finally found our way out. then met with JOANNE [LIM] and CHELSEA before the latter left. then we were all being lamers on the MRT by playing stupid word games. i had so much FUN! poor CARLYN kept kena sabo-ed by me. hahas.
even though i reached home at 9 something with a pair of exhuasted feet, i concluded the day by taking a hot shower and doing my homework. but i went to bed with a smile on my face, for i had such a wonderful day out making many new experiences.
