WHEE~ went to watch hp4 today!! oh man! it really rocks man. it was a really great movie.
those who havent go DON READ. I SAY DON READ ARH.
the movie started quite suddenly. it just happened. i wasnt quite ready for it, and there was no harry potter the song also.
the scene zoomed in towards the blank faced cloaked statue, which the snake nagini slithered past. beside it was a grave, engraved with the words: RIDDLE
then lightning flashed, and we an old man was lighting a match to boil water. that old man was frank. the Riddle's old caretaker. he saw a light in their mansion and thought it was pesky kids playing a fool. then he hurried from his small cabin to the mansion.
he walked up the stairs, and he stopped to listen to the voices. unfortunately, the stair he was standing on creaked. he winced, then listened intently.
voldemort was present in the red plush armchair, and we would only see his hand. small and frail. he was first talking to wormtail, about harry. wormtail wanted to forget the boy, but voldemort was determined. then another man appeared at his side. we later discovered he was barty crouch jr. he promised to do a good job. then nagini glided over frank's leg. he was too petrified to move. then voldemort said: nagini tells me there is an old man outside the door, listening to our conversation. then he said: turn me around wormtail, and let me greet my guest properly. wormtail's face appeared at the door, then AVADA KEDAVRA! and there was a flash of green light.
harry woke up shivering in his bed, hermione calling him to get up, and ron too. ron's comical action very funny. hahas. then they walked to the top of stoatshead hill, and grasped the boot. whirl of light then mr weasley shouted: LET GO! then they plopped onto the grass heavily. while mr weasley, cedric and amos diggory was like flying through the air. so damn funny. hahas.
but mr weasley was described as a thin man in the book, while in the movie he was very plump.
then they reached, their tent, got in, and proceeded to the stadium.
then draco and lucius' face appeared, draco handsome!!! then lucius used his cane to hook harry's something. then they walked away.
then only had the entrance of the players. ireland, and bulgaria. closeup of krum's face, and that was it. no leprechuans or veela as mentioned in the book.
then they were celebrating ireland's win, and suddenly they heard noises outside. then they rushed out. harry did not make it out in time, so he hid behind a tent. he saw a man, barty crouch jr, fire the dark mark in the sky. the ron and hermione appeared at his side. then ministry of magic came. fired stunning spells: STUPEFY!
then harry didnt lose his wand, we didnt see winky at all, and barty crouch jr wasnt under invisibility cloak.
then speeded towards train scene. harry saw cho chang for the first time. she quite pretty in the movie actually. chio cho. lol.
then durmstrang's ship arrived with the BANG of their cannon, rising from the lake.
beauxbatons' flying carriage arrived, almost pulling hagrid down.
triwizard tournament began, nothing much to say. harry got selected, blah blah blah.
beauxbatons acedemy and durmstrang institution all gt performance. very nice. hahas. thought that madame maxime would be a gentle and graceful woman, from the book. but she looked.. hahas.
harry saw sirius' face in the coal. funny. i pictured a head in the FIRE, as depicted in the book. it looked weird, and his voice was hoarse and croaky. weird.
then hagrid showed harry the dragons. i went to toilet then, so missed it. but never mind, not that important.
then moody turned malfoy into a ferret. funny. then saw moody in his office. told harry how to get past first task.
then first task. exciting. very exciting. nicest part was when harry stepped out of the cave, and the hungarian horntail was nowhere to be seen. just as he was running towards the golden egg, a ROAR! came from behind. as i was holding the popcorn at that time, alot dropped on the floor. hahas.
then marks werent given at all. and back in the common room, harry was like a bit hao lian. different from the book.
then second task. harry hermione chatting about it. hermione worried for harry's safety. cedric told harry to take a bath, and take the egg with him. then was the disgusting scene with moaning myrtle. ee yer. but damn hilarious. whahahaha.
then neville passed harry gillyweed. then second task happened. not as exciting as the first.
then yule ball. ron waltzing with mcgonagall. funny arh. then yule ball. harry asked parvati. ee why? shes not pretty at all lor. so sucky.
then blah blah blah.
then third task!!! woo~ nice nice. but like in a hurry like that. then harry saved cedric! harry is good. whahaha.
then portkey. then harry told cedric to get to the cup faster. then voldemorts voice.
kill the spare... then harry was like NO.... then very sad. avada kedavra then die le. then i started crying liao.
they dueled, and the connection thingy happened. wow. nice man. then harry accio-ed the cup, brought cedric's body back to hogwarts. very very sad. cried even harder. hahas. then amos wept over his son's body. cried 3 times harder.
moody terrible. eee.
den the ending so.. sad. dumbledore announced cedric's death with regret, and i cried again. haix.
but krum so sweet! grabbed hermione and asked her to call him and blew her a kiss. romantic...
then harry hermione and ron gathered together in one of the hallways. ron asked: can we ever have a quiet year at hogwarts? harry replied: i dont think so. hermione almost crying: its all going to change, isn't it, harry? harry: yes. hermione: so you two are going to write to me over the summer? ron: nah, you know i cant do that. hermione: but harry's going to right harry? harry: yeah.
then they all walked towards the staircase and leant over it, chatting. then ending... woah..ending so touching lor. omg. cry again.
harry potter and the goblet of fire rocks!!! rocks rocks rocks rocks rocks!!!! i love it. so touching. cried so many times. hahas. means very touching. MUST WATCH! XD
but i dont like the new dumbledore. so fierce. i like the old one better.. but sad.
haix. why did cedric have to die? wah really very sad eh.. haix. cry till my eyes very dry. then have to keep blinking.
then after that went to arcade play. then each got one pencil. lol.
then go mac wait for jiawei's arrival. then take 190 go bp park. played kelly sally. wahahah. play till 6 then i nvr kena. woah. pro-er everytime. hahas. very fun. then we were reminiscing about P6 days. haix.. such fun days...
