我真的想得太直了吗?really meh..i think too straight le huh? actually still dont quite understand what it means la. even after so many people explain to me. still abit blur blur. dont quite get it leh. haiyah. if you know tell me in detail kay?
i think its good for everyone to sit down together and chat, and evaluate each other la. that way, we have fun, and we learn more about each other, and of course about ourselves. i think its very meaningful for each and everyone to evaluate oneself regularly. like, when you have the time, you can try to think about what you have done to people recently, and how positively or negatively they have responded. thinking about what others has done onto you makes you recall what you have done to make them resort to doing such a thing.
i think people should be true to themselves. no matter what, i believe that being our true self is the best. okay, you all might say: i wasnt like that last time. but, in my point of view, that is, that i have
changed. that is the keyword la. i dont know how you all feel about that, but i think changing is different from being false to yourself. let's take an example : a butterfly. a caterpillar keeps thinking that it is a butterfly, and trying to fly. that is lying to itself, as it cannot possibly fly at that stage. but after it has blossomed out of its cocoon, it has changed into a butterfly. that way, it can fly and soar through the sky freely, without having to make itself believe that it was something that it wasnt; because it has changed. makes sense? i dont know about you guys, but it does to me.
anyway, i just believe that one
should change his/herself for the better, but should not in the process or before the process try to play someone that you arent. i think changing is about knwoing what is wrong with you, then you correct it. let's take the butterfly again. the caterpillar knows that it cannot fly as a caterpillar, for it has no wings. therefore, it enables itself to turn into a butterfly, which has wings, in order to fly.
am i contradicting myself here?
just dont know how to phrase it la. this is the best i can do.
and, everything happens for a reason. everything. no matter what we do, no mater how insignificant we are, every descision we make makes a big difference.
都是举足轻重的. every choice we make comes with a consequence. but we know that we cannot make everyone happy. right? its so hard to be a good person for the benefit of everyone. or at least, try. =)
